I’m Enrico Deiana, a 25 years old italian UI/UX & motion designer always ready to leave home for new experiences.
I graduated in media design at IED and specialized in Graphic User Interface in the past 3 years.
I am inspired by graphic design, interaction design and the user experience methodology which is always behind a project.
I’m just a millennial in love with the journey, pushed by curiosity to test, fail, learn and try again.
BUT I SHOULD
TELL YOU MORE
I fell in love with
My calling for User Interface after I had my first media design idea: I wanted to create an app to help pedigree dog owners find pure dogs for mating. The app was called Waggin’.
THAN I LEARNED
How to prototype
I started recreating all the wireframes I had previously created on Adobe Xd and after a while I realized how many other interfaces were springing up: at that point I found out what an event was in UI.
I COULDN’T BELIEVE
My first goal!
The App’s user experience was basic and not too tricky, it was based on matches, called “HITS”, which gave users the opportunity to share interest with each other.
Only after exchanged mutual interest, users would be able to take access the internal chat to arrange a meeting
THAN I GOT THAT
Coding is the power
When I found out that a simple SCNode could become an entire solar system 80 feet long is the moment I truly understood the power of coding. I learned coding basically to stand out and to help with communication between me and computer engineers; but first of all to make better design decisions when I am working on projects.
Lights, Camera, Action!
In my free-time I surf, skateboard and I enjoy nature around me. Lights, surfaces and shadows inspire and help me to conceptualize what I see and feel, transforming it into art.
